Account

• Provide truthful information and keep your credentials secure.
• You’re responsible for your account’s use and the content you upload.

Service

• We offer the platform “as is” with reasonable support.
• We may update features, interfaces, and technical components.

Pricing and payments

• Recurring subscription handled by Stripe.
• Taxes calculated per applicable country/state.
• On cancellation you stop renewing; no refunds for used periods unless required by law.

Cancellation and deletion

• You can delete your account from the app (irreversible deletion of in-app data).
• We keep a minimal accounting record without PII for 7 years due to US tax obligations.

Ownership and confidentiality

• Your data remains yours. You have export tools.
• We keep confidentiality and apply reasonable security measures.

Compliance

• You must comply with regulations applicable to your professional practice and the data you enter.
• Do not use the service for illegal or prohibited activities.

Liability limitation

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the previous 12 months.

Modifications

We may modify these terms by publishing the new version. Continued use implies acceptance.

Florida (USA) law, jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County.
